Ferment! Festival – Saturday and Sunday March 23rd and 24th.
Ferment! Festival is a non-for-profit event that is run by a bunch of passionate foodies in NZ. We are all experts in our respective fields of the food & beverage trades here in Aotearoa.
This is to be Auckland’s First Ever Fermentation but most importantly a celebration of all the hard working artisan producers out there who work their butts off to create some of the best food and drink on the planet!
Come and support them & the Feed the Future Foundation – where $1 from every ticket will be going to – to help them create resources and textbooks for kiwi kids on food education, history, production and health.
Bean-to-bar chocolates, coconut yoghurt, saké, chilli and lime ginger beer, sparkling mead, fermented pesto, champagne-fermented ciders, kombucha, orange wines, Manuka honey vinegars. Just some of the goodies awaiting you at Ferment! Festival. Fun for the WHOLE FAMILY! Get your tickets today!
Slow Food Auckland is excited to be a stall holder at Ferment! Make sure you come by and talk to us.
