Slow Food members saw in the Matariki last night with vegetarian feasting, warmth & conviviality. ( and a touch of
🏈).
There was homemade savory seed crackers, fruit pastes, delicious local cheeses:
freshly picked spinach, feta and free range egg pie, a kumara bake, roasted cauli & chickpea tastiness:
and the crowning glory, vegan chocolate mousse desserts accompanied by curd on a homemade cookie. mmm mmm.
