It’s all things Italian as we get ready to head to TURIN and Salon Gusto/Terra Madre 2014
This global event, held from October 23-27 in Turin, Italy, is dedicated to and Slow Food’s international project for the protection of biodiversity Organized by Slow Food, the region of Piedmont and the city of Turin in collaboration with the Ministry of Agricultural, Food and Forestry Policies, the international event is coming back to Turin, Italy, this year in its 10th edition.
And in Waitakere we are celebrating with a pasta making class on Sunday August 3rd taught by Alessandra Zecchini
Learn to make fresh pasta from the Italian region of Emilia Romagna, and take it home to cook for dinner!
Make lasagne, tagliatelle, ravioli, tortelloni and tortellini, coloured pasta and pasta with herbs and flowers.
