Dear Slow Food Members and Friends, 
Kazuyo and Eri from Pine Valley BB are pleased to announce a very special Japanese meal.

Based on organic ingredients and freshly homemade tofu, this 8 course meal is prepared and served as it would be in a traditional Japanese Haute Cuisine Restaurant. 

The menu:

Tofu and Mushrooms in Parchment Paper
Deep Fried Tofu in Sweet Sour Sauce
Flavored Rice with Burdock and Shiitake
Tofu Mazzaball Miso Soup
Beets with Tofu Paste
Marinated Daikon Salad with Usuage Tofu, Orange Flavor
Chilled Hand-made Tofu to taste
Green Tea Cake made with Tofu

Cost, including wine and beverages: $60.00, Slow Food Members only $50.00
