Learn to make mozzarella at home

At this workshop you can learn how to make your fresh mozzarella at home.
All you need to bring is a small plastic or glass container to take
your mozzarella home (and maybe an ice pack to keep it chilled if planning to stay out
for lunch). An apron is also good to prevent milk slashes while molding
and stretching the cheese.

After the class a few of us are planning to go for lunch in a local winery, all welcome to join in.
